General vehicle description

Bmw e46 320D 2l 100kw I turned off the motor and it won't start, after spraying it tries to start. All filters and oil were changed 300 km ago.
The package is quite good: multi steering wheel, black ceiling, sunroof, heated leather interior, music plays well, all 4 doors open easily, but only one opens.
The body has a defect. Does not lock. It is currently without a bumper but has been purchased. Tech reviews until 09/15/2023
