The car is driven, the interior is a bit rubbed but will not tear anywhere, everything works.
When you have a problem with the engine (most likely with the side), you can't drive for a while until it warms up, the car shuts off when it gets warm, but sometimes it crashes at higher revs. When the weather warms up, it cuts out less often, but the revs still go down.
